At the invitation of the Bodden family, our team of expediters came on site in 2002 and completed Phase I of Rosedale being 32 condominiums 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units finishing construction in 2003.
Our marketing and realty team successfully sold out the balance of Phase I units within 8 months of going on site.
