  • Annual Averages for 1 B/R, 1 BA
    • CI $ 800 - 1,200 (Inland)
    • CI $ 1,300 - 1,600 (Ocean or Waterfront)
  • Based on One Year Leases 2 B/R, 1 BA
    • CI $ 1,200 - 1,900 (Inland)
    • CI $ 2,000 - 3,000 (Ocean or Waterfront)
  • Based on One Year Leases 3 B/R, 3 BA
    • CI $ 2,000 - 4,500 (Inland)
    • CI $ 3,000 - 6,000 (Ocean or Waterfront)

Amenities and Furnishing:

  • Approximately 90 % or all rentals include all major appliances (Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, central A/C) and beds, couches, chairs, table and lamps.
  • Approximately 40 % (new construction about 80 %) of rentals are "FULLY" furnished including such items as linens, towels, small appliances (vacuum, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, iron/ ironing board) pots, cookware, cutlery, flatware, dishes, bowls and glasses.
  • Approximately 20 % of all properties have a swimming pool (some have tennis courts and a gym)
  • Approximately 80% of all rentals have tile floors entirely and the remainder have carpet and tile combinations. (older units may have all carpet)
  • Approximately 50 % of all rentals have gardens or courtyards. Most at least have patios.
  • Pets are accepted in only approximately 15 - 20 % of all properties. Depending on the type, size and behavior of the pet. Most rentals ask for an additional pet deposit.
  • Most all rentals require (in addition to the initial first months rent) an amount equal to the first month's rent as a refundable security or damage deposit. (Example CI $ 2,000 / MO rental would require CI $ 4,000 total to move in)
  • Rents can be paid in Cayman Island Currency ( CI ) or U.S. dollar equivalent.
  • Most exterior and interior maintenance is the responsibility of the landlord and included in the rent. ( NOTE : the Strata, also known as the Homeowners Association maintains all exteriors of condo's and apartments)
  • Children are accepted at approximately 75 % of rental. (sometimes prohibited by Strata rules)
