Rael Pimentel

Rael Pimentel joined Rainbow Realty Ltd in December 2023 and supports the company’s daily financial and administrative operations. He manages rental and security deposits, ensuring accurate allocation, and prepares landlord reports, financial statements, bank reconciliations, and annual budgets for various Rainbow Group accounts.

Rael works closely with the Managing Directors and Owners on reconciliations, corporate files, and general office administration. He also attends the annual Strata AGM as the appointed accountant and prepares the Minutes of Meeting.

In addition, he assists agents with listing agreements, KYC documentation, commission calculations, and closing statements to ensure efficient and compliant transactions.
