René, like many Caymanians, began his professional journey in the Banking and Trust Industry, where he thrived for 16 years. However, he eventually transitioned into the field of Real Estate & Development, demonstrating his versatility and adaptability. Over the course of his career, René has successfully overseen the construction of numerous commercial and residential properties, showcasing his expertise in both sectors.

His notable accomplishments include the development of various residential projects such as Grand Palms, Savannah Estates, Savannah Grand, Palms Springs, Adagio, and Clipper Bay. These ventures have contributed to the vibrant housing options available in the area. Additionally, René has played a pivotal role in the development of commercial properties such as Fairbanks Warehouses, Smith Road Medical Centre, Rosedale Warehouses, and other notable projects.

René's entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence led him to establish Rainbow Realty Ltd in 1987, further solidifying his presence in the real estate industry. As one of the founding members of the Cayman Islands Real Estate Brokers Association (CIREBA), René actively upholds professional standards and demonstrates his deep understanding of the market.

Currently, René is engaged in several development projects situated along the Seven Mile Corridor and South Sound regions of Grand Cayman. Through his ongoing focus and dedication, he continues to shape and enhance the local real estate landscape, providing both commercial and residential opportunities for the community.
